Reel solutions offers an on site cutting unit sharpening service. We will bring our grinders to you and get your units ground on site, helping to reduce down time. We offer Grinding plans, this way your units are always sharp and you can spread the costs by paying monthly. These plans are becoming increasingly popular, due to the high demand and expectations on sports turf all year round. The need for a clean cut is paramount to help presentation and assist in keeping disease at bay. Please get in touch if you’d like a quote on annual sharpening packages.

Demos/On-site Training
Reel solutions has teamed up with worldwide leaders in grinding machines Bernhard & Company, to offer on site demonstrations of their machines. We currently have the most popular machines the Express Dual 4100 & AngleMaster 4100. So if you would like to see these machines please get in touch.
We also offer on site training to existing Bernhard owners, so if you have some machines on site already and would like some advice/training then we are here to help. We also offer cutting unit set up training, to help keep your units on cut for longer.

We bring our sharpening machines to your sheds. You get your mowers back the same day, so less downtime, letting you get on with the important jobs.

W pride ourselves on the quality of our service. We leave 100% of units cutting perfectly following the “cut one, pinch one” method (unless instructed otherwise by customers).
Safety
We are proud of our excellent safety record. Risk assessments and method statements are available if required. All our staff are fully trained and carry the correct PPE. Our machinery is well maintained with regular manufacturer’s servicing.
